It’s a SCAM! Low price gets you in the door and then it all begins! No carts to move your property in or out! Repeated increases that are not affordable. Move to a much smaller unit and after a few months, another increase in rent, and NOW another increase! I called to discuss and no one returned my call. Chatted with customer service and it was escalated and I was told that I was not eligible for my rent increase to be deferred. I am leaving and my daughter has already left! Do not believe their lies! Can anyone explain what I am getting for all the rent increases? Read the fine print! It might be legal but is immoral. ?

Been at this storage unit for over a year now and it has really gone down. The cleanliness of the facility is very bad. Clothes have been on the floor for over a week, and the grounds are just filthy. Security Doors never work, which was one of the main reasons for coming to this facility.
