Public Storage

Renting a unit shouldn't be this hard! The online site allows you book the reservation, but won't let you pay, it's stuck. I went to the site today to hopefully get help, and im talking to reps over on the electronic kiosk, apparently my reservation is lost or no longer available, and the rates went up $30, 2 of the 3 reps tried to fix it, but even they could not fix it and get me a unit, they would then proceed to say, let me get you some help and disconnect the line, one of the reps solution was to send an email out and couldn't guarantee my previous rate, it shouldn't be this difficult, only thing that worked was the cancel button, so I did, what a waste of 2 hours.

While Mary Ann was extremely helpful and informative, she was the only positive thing about this location. I had only had my furniture stored here for a month when I returned to my unit to find termites on my shelves and patio furniture. Don’t rent here if you value you’re things.

Repeat customer from years ago when I relocated to Helotes. Need a unit while the garage undergoes a remodel. Went in without an appointment and met Mary Ann. She showed me around and found the perfect sized unit. Mary Ann guided me through the rental agreement and Public Storage App setup. Mary Ann is personable, gregarious, and thorough. I highly recommend Public Storage in Helotes for your storage needs.

This is a terrific storage facility, run with aplomb by Maryann. If you're looking for a safe, convenient place to store your possessions, this is the place.
