Marie was super helpful getting three units set up. What could of been a headache, she made very easy to set up and transfer. I appreciate her professionalism throughout it all.

I want to say thank you to the Manager for his prompt response to resolving my concern and helping me better understand my bill.

Update: I received follow up calls from Public Storage after my initial post and everything was resolved. Based on this I am modifying my post and star rating. Great job on PS side to follow up and not ignore issues.
