4 months out of 6 months one of the elevator hasn't work. Makes it real difficult when you have more then a couple people trying get things from their storage, also dealing with their 1800 line can't understand what they are saying refusing give you a mangers #or corporate # please do yall I favor spend money else were.

Great Spot, not so busy area, clean and easy access with app makes a huge difference. Did a survey and the actual DM called me to discuss any concerns I had. That is great customer service. Would highly recommend this Public Storage.
