I rented a unit in Buda; I told the manager Toby that I needed the payment to be drafted on the 6th or 7th of each month as I am on a fixed income. It was drafted on the first before my check arrived. So, I have two insufficient fees totaling $60. I just spoke to a 'lady' at the 800 number and all she told me was to call my bank. I asked her if I needed to move to another company and asked me if there was anything else and I told her yes, she needs to change the date of the withdrawal and she said thank you for calling and hung up on me. I was also at the building on Sunday to unload some things and there was a U-Haul truck backed to the door with no one around. I tried calling the office and no one answered. I tried honking my horn and no one came forward to move the truck.

Awesome service and Awesome location!

I have a reservation since the 25th of January. And still have no one to hand me keys for wha I PAID ALREADY..I had to sleep in my truck and care for my things because I haven't been able to put my thing away. You guys are the LITERAL WORST STORAGE WE HAVE ATTEMPTED TO WORK WITH.

I REALLY NEED MY MONEY BACK ASAP.

Called the property recently and was greeted by a very professional and energetic manager named Ria. She answered all my questions in regards to my reservation and helped me understand the process. Definitely recommend. She was great!
