Very nice staff!! They are the best and are absolutely wonderful.

I have a 5x5 paying $16 unfortunately. My rent was raised suddenly by $7.00. I paid my usually rent of $16, because I was not notified it would be increased. They put a lien on my unit, cut off my $20 lock over $7, then made it impossible to be able to speak to the Regional Manager since the permanent manager was off. I had to call the 1800 and file a complaint. Poor Robert tried his best but basically had no power at this site he was instructed not to give the regionals name or phone number out, perfect example of not leading by example. Sad… on line price is $18 at the moment. All they had to do is offer that price and I would have most likely accepted. Btw most reviews on public storage are generated by the employees asking others to write a review and most are fake. Insider information.

Wow! My sisters and I are closing down our parents' home and we needed a storage place. The folks at this facility are SO kind!!!! They took the time to call me and chat before we leased the space, and they answered a bunch of questions. We visited the site and asked a bunch more questions - all of them answered so kindly and patiently by the competent staff. The place is clean, safe, hi-tech, and genuinely nice inside!!! My sisters and I give them our highest rating and most sincere recommendation!
