Public Storage

The rental process was very easy to go through. When I got to my storage facility I had a question about the lock. The kiosk contected me with someone that gave an answer. The facility is clean and ready to use. Thank you to the people of Public Storage!

This is one of the best storage units you can rent in the Bee Cave area, they have live help on the lobby, the system to get in and out has the option to use the app which makes it seamless and more efficient, the place is organize and clean, good job management!

I want to say a quick thank you to Mary, I started a nonprofit to help families get Christmas trees, ornaments, lights and other holiday decorations free of cost. Her and her team are always looking to help and it’s greatly appreciated!

THERE ARE NO CAMERAS IN THE FRONT (UNGATED) SECTION OF THIS STORAGE FACILITY. We rented #1119 and someone came in and drilled out our lock and stole some of the items in our unit. Police came out and did their best to find the thief but found it hard to do without video surveillance of the halls or of the entrances. I called the owners multiple times after the incident and left messages. I NEVER received one call back. I think it is irresponsible to have a storage unit without cameras, and I was disappointed with the customer service at this location.
