I had an amazing experience with Gwenn! She went above and beyond to help me find the best price on storage, and her customer service was excellent. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for great service and a great deal!

I have been renting at this public storage for about 3 years and I am always greeted with a smile from Ms Gwenn. Each time I visit she has a smile and she is always so helpful. She helps me when I can't get into my unit. I am so glad she is at this location. She puts a smile on my face. I like visiting with her too. She is definitely a keeper.

Smells like trash and cigarette smoke in the office the lady at the front desk is no help at all will never answer the phone this place is the worse I have seen and they can thank the lady at the front

Terrible I was told my storage would be 133 and somehow got charged 230 I do not recommend
