Oh my!! This place is great and Louie was such a huge help!! Highly recommend this location and a big thank you to Louie!

The absolute WORST storage in the history of storages. Liars!! Be careful! They will charge you for months of usage even after you’ve told them repeatedly you don’t want your storage any more and there is nothing you can do about other than get a lawyer like I’m having to do.
The BBB tried to help and Public Storage lied repeatedly to them. They are moronic and have the poorest of business ethics. Never seen anything like it ever.
Whoever responded to the BBB on behalf of them lied consecutively about the situation, misspelled several words and didn’t even understand what they were writing about.
BEWARE or you too may be charged for three extra months plus late fees, etc. Ugh!!!!!

We recently move our office into area and we were looking for relatively close storage.
David is super nice and helpful.
He answer all the concerns and doubts.
He helped changing unit without any hesitation.
