TOM is great and takes are of his clients, we are grateful to have an affordable storage facility next to our neighborhood with these great employees!!

Ask for a rate reduction if you get a large increase!!!!!!!
We have had a 10x20 storage unit here for 4 years. It kept at a good rate with only a couple rate hikes until the last year when it increased $115 in one month. This was much higher rate than what someone new would be getting. We went and spoke with Tom and he took the $115 back off the monthly rate. Excellent customer service by him and because of him we are going to continue renting there. Thanks Tom!!!!!!

Hats off to Public Storage 15000 W. Parker Rd. A big thanks to Tom for all the help he's given the family on our storage unit. He, working with the home office was able to clear up problems we had with our account and made several positive suggestions on maximizing our storage space. Thanks again Tom!

I was in the process of downsizing my 10x5 unit, and Tom showed me a couple of the available 5x5 units. I later went online to reserve the smaller unit. The next day, I received a call saying the unit I had reserved may be smaller than what I needed (a 5x4). I went into the office the next day, and Tom was able to walk me through the transfer of my 10x5 to a 5x5 and made the process very simple and So easy!! Appreciate all of Tom's help, which was always with a smile! Highly recommend this facility at 15000 S Parker Rd!! Newer, clean, and secure. Plus, easy access through the app.
