Public Storage

I contacted this storage facility several times in regards to the outrageous rent increase in our store unit. I happen to run into the District Manager on site who even agreed about the huge increase. The District Manager promised to call back and never followed through. I guess they were too busy to make the call to their customers request. We understand prices fluctuate from time to time but we took a HUGE INCREASE in our storage unit.

Message to the DM: the next time someone contacts you multiple times you should at least make a call back. Its not only rude, but very disappointing and unprofessional.

Moved out of our unit today and Tom was absolutely amazing in answering all of our questions! He helped us finish up and let us know what to expect next. 10/10 for Tom and this storage facility.

Tom took such great care of us, I believe I asked him 300 questions and answered each with a smile. Big help with helping us get a unit. The best was coming and seeing Tom, himself power washing the building ad I pulled up. Of course I was greated with a big smile and more help from Tom! We need more Tom's!

The customer service is outstanding.
All employees are friendly and concerned that renters are happy. Louie and Tom have been extremely helpful. Having never had a storage unit before, I did not know what to expect. Louie was very kind and patient with me explaining how the lock and unit works. He showed me how to use the APP to open the gate. Louie followed up with me the next day to be sure I was satisfied with my unit. Tom called me when I put in my notice to vacate. He wanted to be sure I was happy with my rental. The facility is clean and new. Thank you to the wonderful staff for your great customer service. Would definitely rent here again if the need arises.
