Public Storage

THEFT. Unit was broken into and several items were stolen. This location does NOT have any cameras set up watching the actual units, just the entrance. Staff informed me this was due to security systems being upgraded. During the 4 months I rented a unit this “upgrade project” was never completed, nor did I see any sign of it starting. The people who broke in cut my lock and replaced it with their own. Also, The Orange Door INSURANCE is a SCAM.

Stephanie and Kristy are amazing- they were so helpful with a messy moving company we had to deal with. They both came together to help us and without the moves they made we prob would’ve never gotten our stuff off the moving truck. Thank you both so much
