Your employee Deborah (Deb) was very helpful. She asked me what my concerns were and was able to help me on the spot without having to go to a 'higher' manager. She took care of my concern and I left as a happy customer. Thank you for giving your employees the ability to solve a problem and make the customer happy. I will never rent at public storage on 84th again the lady Kayla in there is really rude I never heard of public storage coming at you with you bringing people in with a truckload of furniture and then kicks you out I will never want to see the storage unit again she should be fired there's no reason to treat your customers like they're nothing nothing was damaged nothing was taken we had to bring our stuff in by grocery cards and my mother brought a truck so we wouldn't have to walk with it in the middle of the evening so sad that people have to act like this I will never rent from these people again
