Public Storage

If I could leave no stars I would I've been with the storage unit for 2 years. It's recently came under management with public storage. Since then I've been overcharged almost every month as having a late fee. My unit's been broken into three times. People just climb right over the tops. I've notified law enforcement. I've notified them.. still this month I let them know that they've been over me. But now they're reasoning is is went up. But the amount that it's went up they're still overcharging me on top of that. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. In fact I'm going to recommend that my daughter moves out of it. Building a is completely unsecured on the tops of all the units. I'm now looking for a new unit to break away from public storage completely.

Terrible experience!!

Dealing with the management, Tammy, at the Midvale location was a great experience. She went out of her way to address my concern and the units there are clean and nice. Great experience. Will continue to rent there!

I had the most wonderful experience at public storage. I originally stopped in to ask a few simple questions, but after talking with Abbi Higgins, I decided to rent a unit. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and competent. my time in the store was very refreshing. Definite would recommend!!!
