Left unit free and clear of contents last night where I needed to return unit. Took a picture for evidence. Before that coordinated with Manager to put in the system February 1st not to charge me.

Recently got a call from them and not only they didn't check unit on February 1st but by not doing their jobs unit was left open and someone put contents in there for which they are now charging me. I moved out of state and did what they asked me. What happened afterwards was due to their lack of due diligence and someone else took.advantage of it. Then they have the nerve and audacity they have no way to know unless they login into the system. How is that my problem?

Really bad professionalism and integrity.

Update: it took placing a bad review for the managers to clear the account and do the right thing.

Advice: rent storage units there yes but ensure when you clean your unit inspect it with someone so you don't have to go thru the same things I did.
