Macenzi and Mirranda helped us out get a storage unit and everything went smoothly

They changed the contract! Reserved for $208 within a few months. They changed the contract while I was in the middle of traveling and charged me over $500 for the first 2 months. When I called all they wanted to at was you signed it. Ummm in the middle of moving and travel and this is how you treat people. Never again!

Very helpful, they helped me save my daughters stuff from action even though her storage was located in another state. They made a difficult time a little bit easier.

We have had some great dealings with Christina at the Maricopa Public Storage. She has been very friendly and helpful. She noticed we dropped a pair of ear muffs and returned them to us the next time she saw us at the storage unit. I would rate her customer service a 10 from 1 out of 10 scoring.
