4/6:: Amazing customer service as a new customer.
12/6:: Six months later... as long as you pay your rent they are good. We gave notice (which was difficult as we weren't able to speak with anyone at the local site) moved out and 30 days later we are getting texts and calls saying our rent is due (on a vacated space) of $262.40. Now it is a finger pointing competition between the local office and the 800 customer service people. Get it fixed!!
12/8:: We have been emailing with you since the middle of October when we moved out of the first unit.
