Public Storage

We've had a storage unit here for the past five years and through it all, Anna has been amazing. Super helpful and friendly, she is the only reason that I'm staying with Public Storage while we live full-time in our RV running a national nonprofit. Instead of moving to another storage facility, she helped me find a solution (downgrade) that will keep me with PS for at least another year or two. Public Storage - if you're reading this - Anna is an ace and the face of your company there in Scottsdale. She's friendly, professional, and super helpful. Thanks Anna!!

Anna was incredibly helpful when I came in and needed to transfer to a larger unit. She showed me the avaliable units and walked me through the process easily for me to understand. Paperwork was a breeze with how she explained things.

Anna B is the nicest, friendliest, most excellent property manager. She takes takes customer service seriously and patiently took us around a few storage units so we could select the best one for our needs. Highly recommended!
