Public Storage

There were two workers. First I was being helped by a female staff member then her male coworker took over. Don't know why that happened but it did. Neither worker showed me the unit I was supposed to rent which was very unprofessional. I don't know if it was intentional but there was two storage units across from one another available for rent and both units was open. Which caused a problem ? the problem is I moved into wrong unit. Cameras are viewed at all times so that could have been avoided. No one contacted me. And when I complained I was told they refuse to rent me a storage space and would refund my money. Because I had no call from them and I saw they were unprofessional I asked for this in writing and they did not and have not gave me anything in writing and has not contacted me. They have my address as well as my phone number. They are very rude and very unprofessional and untruthful. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. You been warned ?️ Don't rent from them ?
