The guy Alex which is the property manager who lives there is EXTREMELY RUDE every time Ive tried to speak to him about anything he’s completely unsympathetic and combative. He’s never in the office and never answers the phone . I called in before and he left me on hold for 15 minutes on a silent hold because I asked for the district number and he asked me what for and that he wasn’t going to give it to me and I stated I demanded one then came back to the phone and told me “good luck because your going to need it “ and hung up in my face . I’m so confused what that meant very distasteful. Very rude ! That phone call needs to be listened to

We have rented space from here for several years. James called one afternoon to inform us that we had not engaged the latch when we locked our unit. Thankfully, his alertness in checking units during a regular walk-through saved us any loss. He could not have been more helpful. As we've been loyal customers for years with a couple of units, he was kind enough on our behalf to arrange for a reduction in our rates based on our long customer loyalty. In these awful inflationary times everyone has been going through the past 4 years, this was most appreciated.
