Tabitha was very helpful and made my experience there good

Really great experience working with Tabitha. I originally inquired about a space at this location but after confirming I was informed that it wasn’t temperature controlled. Tabitha was great enough to recommend another space at another location that worked for us and had a great deal! Would definitely work with her again!

When rating the friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism of the on-site manager, Tabitha, I would give 10+ full stars! She’s amazing, and goes over and beyond to ensure her renters have the best rental experience. She also takes an interest in getting to know her renters, and keeps a watchful eye on the property and any suspicious looking activity.

This Duarte Public Storage is the best. Very helpful and responsive. Always friendly and ready to answer any questions. I'm so glad I can use it.

Very bad experience with this place here!!! The lady that works during the day likes to walk and look at your stuff in your storage room!!!
