If I could leave no stars I would!! Terrible customer service! We went to Public Storage in Monrovia to look at storage units as we didn't know exactly what size we needed. No one are at the office and the door was locked. Called the customer service number on the door and the woman who answered pushed me to make a reservation over the phone. I explained I really needed to SEE the size of the unit. She said someone would call me in 'a few minutes' and she sent me a reservation number for a 5'x9' unit. We waited 20 minutes - no phone call. I called the number for the Duarte Public Storage which put me back to the customer service center. This time I was 'patched through' allegedly to the property manager. No one answered so I left a VM. A male called back in approximately 15 minutes, called me by the wrong name and informed me that he would not be at the property until 2:00 p.m. which was another 90 minutes. He was obviously not on site. We left, and went to Mt Olive Storage in Duarte where we met with a live person, Maria, who was great, gave us a tour so we could determine what size unit we needed and helped us with the rental process.

When reserving storage location on the computer, the computer said that the first month was for $1. They lie to you to get you there. You go there and go through setting up all the setup and getting all your information after getting you there they tell you, you don't qualify because you are not a new customer to Public Storage. So if you were a customer to them don't believe the computer. Keep on shopping to some other company.
