Excellent customer service, I felt very comfortable and confident my belongings are safe

AVOID AVOID! Worst experience ever. Very unprofessional employees and policies. I moved in at $164 a month for 10X10. I filled my unit with stuff. I have now been there less then a year and price has gone up three times since. I am now paying $321 a month and it’s just such a huge inconvenience to remove all of my stuff so I keep paying. But I just called acting as a new customer asking the price for a 10X10 and the price is $184. LMAO so what they do is take advantage of you once you're in there knowing that you won't want to take the stuff out. Disgusting behavior and criminal business practice. I will be removing my stuff ASAP! AVOID AVOID they lowered my rate for two months then bucked it back up even more. Time so really move my stuff out.

Update they raised our rent again. Now over $360 a month. Avoid this garbage place they are a bunch of crooks. Also there is a huge leak in our building that is causing water damage to everyone’s items on our floor that they refuse to fix.
