Recently visited this property it looks very clean and the manager Eric is friendly and very helpful!! He answered all my questions and gave me the information I needed about space size.

When I started renting storage I setup auto payment, yesterday I got email and today voice mail saying my payment was due, I called and complained why the payment was not processed when I have autopay; I was told that autopay was turned off, thats why the payment was not processed. I never turned off autopay and was charged $15 extra for late payment; maybe is a way to get revenue from me as I canceled the insurance because after 6 months they raised the price. I turned autopay again, but I repeat I never turned off autopay. I have many bills on autopay and I would never turned one off to avoid late fees. Existing and new customers beware. ???
