Don't be fooled, the super prices they give are a lie, the place is very clean that's why I give it two stars, but I don't like being lied to, in principle everything is beautiful and they give you a spectacular price, I started paying $117 with insurance included, but after 3 months it went up to $157 and when I went to the office to ask the girl who was there she told me that the price went up because the rent had gone up and I didn't have a contract, my contract is month to month so the monthly payment went up, so I asked her, so if next month you want to raise it again are you going to raise it again? And she replied yes?, so I understood what they do, they give a low price and once you have all your things there they raise the price and since you already have everything in there for you it is better to pay than to move things, they are liars thieves, do not rent there!!!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Nicole at the new public storage on Cypress Ave in Covina, CA, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! Nicole was absolutely awesome—her professionalism and personable nature made the entire process seamless. She was incredibly knowledgeable about her job, answering all my questions with ease and providing excellent guidance. I highly recommend Nicole and this facility to anyone in need of storage solutions!

Great new facility! I would recommend if you have big and heavy things to store first or ground floor is the best
