Andrew was very helpful and nice

They rented me a second floor unit. The next day I arrive with movers and they say the elevator had been broken for a month but I can rent a first floor unit for 3x the cost. Bait and switch. You should be ashamed.

Renting was easy to do online; the place had the most competitive price in the area; place is secure and clean. I had a 10x10 unit. on the 2nd floor in Bldg D.. it was clean and secure; freight elevator has good capacity--but only 2 push carts--they need more carts to service the needs of the 200 units rented in the building. I had multiple interactions with Andrew--both on the phone and in person. He's a professional that communicates well and gave me the answers I needed and when it came time to close me out, I simply stopped by on the way out and I was done in minutes. Great person and employee. I recommend the place--clean and secure storage at a reasonable price. Thank You PS San Gabriel

Besides the rent doubling within one year, the facility itself is terrible. I had a second floor unit and the elevator was constantly broken ( more then two months total in one year - that I know about). The lack of elevator caused a ton of carryingitems up and down stairs. The onsite person was nice, but could not do a thing.

Also, many of my neighbors had items stolen. I managed to move out before that happened.
