They are uncaring. I had my stuff in my car and just because I didn't put my full name they evicted me and didn't want to give me my refund. Desiree did everything possible to get us in but did nothing to help us out. If it wasn't because I asked her to call her manager because this didn't seem right she wouldn't of. I did my application online went to the location after a week and all they had to do was add my first name. Thank you PS Corporate for understanding but I will NEVER give you my service again. UNBELIEVABLE! I went to SMARTSTOP they are cheaper and way better service. Thank you PS for your terrible service

This is a great storage facility! They have boxes and moving supplies and the management always takes great care of me whenever I visit.
