we’re going away for the holidays and were worried about leaving the car and our stuff in a storage unit but Mike is the most friendly and helpful person i have ever met in public storage , he helped us measure our car to make sure it fits the storage he made everything seems so easy and now we’re stress free

mike was super helpful he helped me find the perfect fit for me he went above and beyond to make sure that everything worked out ?

Property Manager Mike is very friendly and courteous and helpful during a stressful time looking for the right storage space,.

I’m going to keep it as simple as possible. They will try to somehow without breaking any laws steal from you in anyway they can. My example is: I moved everything out of my storage unit at the end of the month (Feb 28) . The next day (March 1) on the 1st of the month, when I show up to turn in the keys and locks which I ended up being able to keep, they try and charge me for the whole month because I was on the property trying to “close out” the storage unit at the beginning of the month. So they said I had to pay for a whole new month because I was a day late, Even though my storage was emptied out on the last day of the month the day prior. Be very careful when dealing with this storage unit. Now I will be fighting with my Lawyer so they don’t try to send this last month to collections, because believe me when I say I will not pay for it.

FYI- Miramar area has way better storage.
