Amber is excellent in customer service skills, as a senior citizens she explained the process thoroughly and when it was all done I left with a complete understanding how this facility works. I also have the app, she kindly took the time to walk me through it. I'm ready to use my storage unit. Thank you Amber.

My first time shopping for storage and Kiara was extremely helpful and informative. Excellent service from public storage!!

Rented here and unit was broken into and robbed. So was moved to another unit. The price was already over advertised prices.
And got hit with a rent increase. Asked to have brought down and they did for three months. Then it was going back up. Called and talked to Aaron about lowering rate back. And was told no simple.
All it does is make me move to another place. Thanks.
