MOVING from out of state is stressful and complicated enough without the extra stress of choosing the perfect self-storage company, location, size, price, and all the other little details we should know if we want to be a good happy customer, (esp. if our stuff will be arriving a month or 2 before we get there
....one less thing to worry about.) After shopping around all orange county by phone , even with the fierce competition, after i spoke with 'Gabby', i made up my mind this location is where i want my stuff delivered. it was a good fit and it was very refreshing to do business with someone that actually seemed to love her job ...she made me feel like she cared about making our transition with no potential problems by being very thorough about securing our unit. rare good old fashioned values in customer service.
