Gabby was great customer service.

I was advertised a 10x10 storage space starting at 75$ a month and if I'm not mistaken the advertisement indicated that the price of unit would not go up and remain at the price as part of a holiday sale. In the time that I have had the unit the price has gone up to $190.00 monthly. More than doubled.
Not only was I not notified of the price increase when I asked the front desk if there would be any benefit to downsize I was told that there wasn't.

I would have never purchased the unit if I would have known I was going to be paying more than double the amount advertised. I knew storage units were a rip off but this is absurd.

I cancelled autopay and unfortunately will have to pay another 190$ on 03/01. I should have cancelled months ago when I inquired.

Typical Public Storage first of all the number of large vehicles that block other vehicles from being able to pull out of their spot is absolutely ridiculous
I haven’t been able to pull out in three months
Mind you it’s a tiny little parking spot and they’re now charging me $277 for a spot. I can’t even use. I have large jobs that I’ve had to cancel recently. They keep putting these very large vehicles that stick way out into the street where other vehicles are then blocked in and this keeps happening
I don’t know about their actual storage, but if you want a parking spot, good luck it’s absolute

Gabby did a great job setting me up with a unit on such short notice. She answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to get me a unit in my price range. I love that it’s right off of the freeway and secure. Thanks so much!
