1. Beware. The elevator is out of service. They have never ever noticed to a new customer who reserved a unit on the second floor. Finally, they transferred me to a ground floor which I have to pay for a double price.
2. Some homeless people are living inside a unit.
3. There is no light bulb inside a unit or they have never come to change a new one.
4. Very unclean place
5. I give ZERO star for this place.
6. Customer service is horrible.

Easy and convenient...the app makes coming and going so easy! The BEST part is Kat, the on-site manager. I signed up using the virtual agent, which was a bit confusing, but meeting Kat on my first visit made it all ok. She provided me with all the details I needed and answered my question about putting a carpet in the unit. She made sure that me and my brother's use of the storage space would be without incident. She's the best!

Kat is at it again with her amazing customer service!
