My recent experience making changes to my storage unit on short notice was phenomenal. Ayla was incredibly helpful multiple times throughout the transition. I couldn't ask for more from a storage facility.

manager was NOT there for over an hour, during working hours. i could NOT get into my unit after already making a reservation and paying online. terrible customer service.

Loop you in with relatively competitive prices, then increase your rate every 6 months expecting customers to not want to bother with moving their storage. My new rate beginning 02/01 will be nearly double my initial rate with all the increases and on their site today they offer the same space for 25% below what they are charging me. This isn't how you foster customer loyalty. Buyer beware.

The site “manager” had very poor customer service, passive aggressive with my mother and I. I rented a unit on the phone in haste, inquired less than 12hours later regarding honoring online pricing and I was met with ignorance. I emailed the district manager, Lizette with no response. I followed up with a call, and still no response. I went back to the site to be once again redirected. Please dont waste your time or money here. We will be terminating our monthly to move elsewhere.

This location is always clean. Ayla is helpful and professional.
