Public Storage

The manager is so professional. One of her coworkers had a falling accident. She took control of the situation and continued to provide excellent customer service. The units are a little pricey in comparison to other Public Storage facilities. I guess this is what we tolerate for the area and safety.

I have had a 5x10 sized unit and in the span of less than a year and a half, the price has gone up from $143 (for 5 months) to $199 and now to $229. I called to ask if I can have my rate frozen at $199 because it was absurd and basically highway robbery to raise it that much in such a short amount of time. Nope sorry - it's $229 now. On the same token though, they are currently advertising online for the same space size for $147/month. So beware - Your price will go up within 6 months and then again every 6-8 months after that.

Their only suggestion was that I could move my entire unit to another unit on property to get the $147/month rate...because that makes perfect logical sense and not a complete waste of their customer's time and money. Eff you very much, I'll take my business elsewhere. That said, if you don't want to be legally robbed - don't rent space from them.
