This review is solely for Maria’s incredible level of customer service. Maria is always so pleasant and has great follow up. I have had a series of issues with this location but Maria is always available and extremely helpful. Public Storage is lucky to have her represent them.

Our company has been using this location for many years now on almost daily basis since we store some of our products there.
The place is very secure and clean and Maria is always helpful and goes out of her way to help if anything is needed.
I highly recommend this location for any storage need.

Let me just say that David is keeping Old School customer service alive and if it wasn’t for him, I would’ve canceled the storage unit livid and writing a really nasty review. I’ve been trying to take my stuff out of the storage unit for two months and the elevator is broken and I have a broken femur that I’m recovering from so I am unable to grab any of my stuff and now force to stay at the storage unit for longer than I wanted to.
I went inside to talk to someone and of course the door is locked because we are now living in a system where everything is automated and you can’t get a face to talk to you without talking to an AI robot.
David validated me and explained that he totally understood my frustration and called customer service to reimburse me for the month. He made it very easy and had a wonderful conversation with me after I’m really glad David was there
