The location is quiet and not very crowded, which feels safe. However, the 10x10 unit I rented is actually 9x9. Today, the facility had issues with the access codes, leaving many of us unable to retrieve or load our belongings. As a reseller who regularly picks up inventory, this caused a delay in shipments by a day. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t have a key to manually unlock the doors, which only added to the frustration.

I wanna give a shout out and kudos to Katie. She helped guide me through the rental process when I was having some difficulties on line. She promptly returned my calls and was super nice and helpful. Lorie Roseff

I had to move to Moorpark from Phoenix and was able to rent a spot at this storage facility. The associate named Katie was extremely helpful and went the extra mile ensuring that I had the right unit for my storage needs. She was very meticulous about explaining the contract and was very straightforward about pricing. Someone should really give her a raise. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for storage space.
