I've had a storage unit at this location for longer than I'd care to admit, and I can honestly say that I've always received top notch customer service from all the staff here. About the location:
The Sand City location is easy to get to, easy to park in for loading/unloading for both large moving trucks and personal vehicles, includes member-only access safety features with personalized entry codes and locked doors at all times, is always clean, is temperature/climate controlled, has a spacious elevator, and has no pest issues. There are usually enough moving carts available, but sometimes you have to wait for one to be returned. There's also a public bathroom in the office, which has come in handy on multiple occasions. And, the office sells moving supplies, in case you find yourself needing more tape, paper, or boxes etc while in the midst of move day.
