El personal es muy amable y atento, rentamos un espacio en el segundo piso pero no servía el foco, lo reportamos y según políticas de la empresa teníamos que esperar hasta que se juntaran 10 quejas de lo mismo, muy molesto, no volvería a rentar con ellos si no arreglan el problema. Revisen primero que sirva el foco antes de rentar!

Don't work with this company. I rented a space with elevator access only to find it is in the middle of the building down long, narrow hallways and around corners. The space was not at all easy to access, on top of the fact that the company provided us with the wrong door codes.

After canceling the reservation immediately without moving anything in, we have only been partially refunded and corporate customer service (which makes it extremely difficult to talk to a human) refuses to make this right. Don't fall for this scam.

Cara was a big help when I needed it. I will definitely go to this location again.
