Victoria was super helpful.

Facilities seem dated. Price seems a tad too high for what was offered. We got a second floor unit. When I got there, the unit was full of spiders and other bugs, pretty disgusting. The unit should be cleared of all filth prior to someone moving in. Also, the light bulb string ripped at the first use, making it basically not usable for the entire time as I didn't have the means, space, or time to replace the string. Should have more thoughtfully designed. I.e. place the bulb in a more accessible place considering that people are going to be storing stuff in the entire space. Also, maybe just make the light switch activated rather than pull string. Or at least make the pull string extremely long and metal rather than shoelace or whatever.

I understand why the doors automatically swing shut. Also, every single door should have some mechanism to hold itself open because. . . You know. . . People are moving stuff in and out of the unit, and maybe we don't want to open doors every single time we pass through. Just seems clunky and poorly thought through.

Freight elevator was total garbage and outdated. By that, I mean the machinist was entirely too clunky. First you have to open a door, then unlock the other door, pull the second door up, load your stuff, close the second door, then lock the second door, close the first door then press the button to go up rinse and repeat God knows how many times. There are entirely too many doors to access the freight elevator. Also, super small, I should be able to clear my 10x10 in 2 loads tops.

All and all, you can probably find a better storage place, and generally, it may be worth the extra money to get a first-floor unit.
