Beware of untimely and excessive rent raises that could happen more than once in less than a year. $10-50 would be more reasonable, but on both occasions (within 9 months of renting the unit) we've had ours raised between $150-200/month. The only way to get these increases waived or reduced is to 'apply for a rent decrease' (which is silly/whyy?). When you're paying movers $$$ to help you move, the last thing on your mind is having your storage units rent increase drastically. Something to consider if you sign up for the web rates.

I stoped and asked for prices and there were so high so l went online and found them affordable
