Think twice about using this facility (or at the very least ask them if they’ll guarantee pricing). Bait and switch! I came into my storage unit at $205 a month and three months later it was raised to over $250 and before my first year was up into the mid $300s. That’s a huge price increase in less than a year and clearly it’s because they can get away with it. Once you stuff is in their storage unit, you’re less likely to move. The facilities themselves are fine and the man who works there is pretty consistently available, but not very helpful. It’s like he’s not too sure of what’s going on there and his answer to everything is “I don’t know. It has to go through the app.”

I see there are a few other reviews that talk about the bait and switch policy and I can’t believe there aren’t more but assume some people just don’t notice how much their rates have gone up . Since I’m on auto pay, it took me a few months to notice.
