This has been one of the best experiences!!! I started my application online and all I had left to do is pay. A representative called me and confirmed my application & I told her I would like to pay in person she set me an appointment for Monday at 9:30 and sure enough at exactly 9:30am Bobby was there and ready to help me. She was very very nice & funny we laughed for the most part but got everything done that we needed to get done. She even got me a unit right next to the elevator. Thank you again bobby :)

Yall make sure you go see Daya she is PHENOMENAL. She was so supportive and attentive to my needs while needing a safe place to store my personal items. I’ve witnessed on SEVERAL occasions her going above and beyond to make sure that customers are treated fairly by all means! Thank you for representing public storage so positively and providing outstanding customer service! I was actually looking for the option to rate my experience 10 stars because she deserves it.
