Extremely outrageous 'customer service' rude, disregard for customer experience, changes rates randomly and makes it extremely difficult to move units when advertising better rates... Cherry on top, now, locked a customer inside as their gate wouldn't work or open... How ridiculous

Tristan was fantastic! Incredibly knowledgeable on every question we had (which was a lot lol) very friendly, and was super helpful. Facility itself is very clean and seems safe. If I could give a higher score I would, excellent service.

Tristan is very helpful. On my first day, he made an effort to say hi to me and answered all my questions. He genuinely seems to want to provide hospitality to new customers. I also noticed he was walking around the parameters when i first drove in and saw that he walked around the parameters multiple times, which makes me feel assured that he is watching to make sure that there is no unusual behaviors occurring based on the two times that ive been there the first week. So far just based on customer service and providing info on my first week, I am very happy. Thank you Tristan for your excellent customer service. I also noticed that my storage was clean and lock was provided. Will definitely provide an updated rating after a few weeks to get more idea of the storage unit, itself.
