Public Storage

Very thankful for the amazing assistance I received from Eden today. I had a billing issue that we discussed via telephone and Eden took considerable time to assist me and provide me with very helpful information. She went completely out of her way to make sure I had all the information I needed. The staff at this Public Storage location is truly great. I’m very grateful for Eden’s excellent help. She is an asset to Public Storage for sure!

Davonte has been a wonderful help and a terrific “brand ambassador” since I began using this facility in June of 2022. I have been stressed and rushing every single time I’ve been here and Davonte has been unfailingly kind, patient and responsive to my questions and needs. I’m leaving the unit today but I will be sorry not to see Davonte again.

I always enjoy the experience of going into the Public Storage at 3255 San Pablo Dam Road. My favorite person there is Laurie. She is always so kind informative and understanding and I walk out of there feeling like I’ve accomplished something she just really knows how to make you feel good also the storage place is very clean.

Davonte made purchasing my first ever storage unit painless, fast and friendly. All questions were answered with clear confidence and knowledge of operations. 5 stars.

I loved my experience here and Davonte made things go smoothly every time I visited.
