Sadly have to update my review due to access issues. One of the main reasons I picked this facility was the ability to bring things after work. With such limited access due to doors only being opened while someone is on site, it feels like I'm paying for services I'm not getting.

There have been no communications on an ETA for the access to restored.

Devante did a great job getting me set up with the right size unit!

I'm typically not the type to leave reviews (good or bad) however, I just had to take the time to acknowledge the exceptional customer service I received from Ms. Laurie and Davonte at Public Storage.

They both worked with me through a complicated situation involving multiple units. On top of being extremely knowledgeable and competent, Davonte and Ms. Laurie displayed nothing but kindness and patience through my experience.

I have been coming to this location for 4 years now. Laurie is a model of what customer service means. She has been extremely helpful in the process of reserving and securing a storage space. She kept me informed at every step and was present the day I moved into my new space to make sure all went well.
