This is my first time ever using a storage facility and I’ve had a few snafus with my unplanned urgent move. Life has been really hectic with all these curveballs, I can honestly say that Bobbie is an angel! her bedside manner was impeccable. I had to call so many times and she never made me feel like I was bothering her and honestly when i walked in to sign my paperwork I felt as if an old friend was welcoming in. Her work ethics are spot on and her character is few and far between. We need more like Bobbie who truly enjoy helping others find safety and security with their items.

I currently rent at another Public Storage site. They are the worst! I have sent Bill Pay checks to them and they deny ever having received them. Even though, one time I was on the phone with their office person and she admitted it was sitting on her desk. Another time they posted my check to another person's account and locked my unit. So, my remedy was to find another property to pay my monthly rent in person. I hit the jackpot and found Bobbie! She is absolutely wonderful! In well over three years my payments post before they are due, there is no more mix up which account my payment is applied to and I don't receive messages that my account is past due, (which it has never been, except by mistake). Bobbie is very personable, thoughtful, kind, reliable and she knows her job. When I have time, we chat for a few minutes when I see her. She is always so positive and upbeat. I dread the days she has off because I can never be sure someone will be in the office. Bobbie, Public Storage was the winner the day they hired you!

I have been working with Mill Valley Public Storage for almost a year now and have had nothing but positive experiences. The property is conveniently located and easy to access — including for large delivery trucks. What stands out the most though is the exceptional customer support by the Mill Valley Public Storage team. When I’ve had app issues, they’ve been super helpful, and resolved a payment matter quickly and efficiently. I always look forward to seeing Vivian who brightens my day with her warmth and positive attitude. She has consistently gone above and beyond and always sees everything through, including proactively calling me to provide updates when I was looking to switch to a larger storage unit. I can’t speak highly enough of Vivian and the entire team. I wholeheartedly recommend Mill Valley Public Storage and am so glad to have found them. They can count me as a loyal and very happy customer. :)
