Samantha is great! She was really helpful walking us throughout the rental process. We found and amazing 10×20 storage space right on time.

An awful customer service from a staff with bad attitude. And It was a big mistake purchacing a unit online ( by let the facility pick a unit for me ) without an inspection in believing that everything woruld go smoothly. You may regret it and there is no refund. Also you need to lift the dolly two inches up to enter Anna exit the inside storage unit - ridiculous.
