Access is very easy to just about all units. Feels very secure and there are multiple driveways to enter. Angelica at the front desk has always been a huge help whenever I need something. Great customer service at a place like this is a huge plus!

Our check-out of the facility was painless, because of Seraphina. She was not going to be working the day of our departure but she gave very helpful, clear instructions on what to do. On the day of the move, a gentleman (Jesse?) was very helpful and communicative with us as well. Prior to our check-out, every time I was at the facility, Seraphina was friendly, professional, attentive, and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond. Thank you, Seraphina!! Given the current crew, I would highly recommend this Public Storage location.

The young woman Jade who helped me, she did bring me a very good experience, very professional, attentive, with a lot of experience in her work. Congratulations to the company for having people of that quality.

We've stored at PS Sunnyoaks for 3+ yrs and rented units at other PS locations for even longer. Jesse is by far the most conscientious and helpful PM of them all. He listened to our changing storage needs and answered our many questions with poise, confidence, honesty and high degree of knowledge!
