HORRIBLE.
I went to purchase a unit on the 1st. I was told it’s 15 minutes to closing and to come back tomorrow at 10am. I had a uHaul truck plus paid movers ready to go. I got uHaul to not charge me another day as long as it was back before noon. Come the next day there is no one in the office until 2. So I had to pay another day for my UHaul plus another day for my movers. All because Jason didn’t want to spend the last 15 minutes of his shift filling out paperwork.
