I have indoor and an outdoor storage. I like this storage facility minus the rats. The lights turn on only as you walk through so don't be scared! Boo!

Absolutely do not store your things here. What wasn’t destroyed by rats was stolen. Someone was going through empty unit walls. I had an empty next to me, they took EVERYTHING worth any value. The inside of the bldgs smells like human feces because homeless people are living inside of there. These people make me sick with the way they gave no shits about my things. I’m just out. Their insurance is garbage too. Seriously - RUN I hate I had to give them one star.

I wanted to say that my experience was fantastic! Kim, helped me so much that it turned my experience from a nightmare to most excellent! I was overwhelmed with 6 emails and a text message at 5:17 am informing me that my unit was ready. It’s difficult to navigate a new app, passcodes and directions on how to find my storage space.
At first I was extremely frustrated with surprises that I hadn’t anticipated. Kim was friendly, courteous and shared the information that I needed to help me with my move in.
I highly recommend this Public Storage location and Kim deserves a raise! Sincerely, Chris Pearre
